A position is available in the laboratory of Dr Richard Sugrue. This project is part of a multi-party project involving the Singapore Zoo, DSO national laboratories and the School of Biological Sciences (SBS) at NTU.
The position will be based at SBS in Dr Sugrue’s laboratory. The project will involve the development of a candidate subunit vaccine to prevent Endomyocarditis virus (EMCV) infection in animals
This post requires an individual with demonstrated expertise in protein purification and tissue culture.
Experience of molecular and cell biology techniques and handling animal viruses is also highly desirable.
The position requires an enthusiastic individual with initiative and drive. They must also have sufficient maturity to be able to communicate with all stake-holders on the project.
