TIRF with image acquisition

Specifications

Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) microscopy is used for the observation of fluorophores located outside the optical plane of interest. This system, which consists of an upright microscope, is able to capture minute structures or even single molecules present in a sample. More information of the TIRF system is given as follows

Application:

The Nikon TIRF system will be beneficial to those who are carrying out experimental studies on cell vesicles, such as endocytosis and exocytosis. On top of that, it can also be used for examination of protein transport within cells.

Example: Human Skin Biopsy. Blue Fluorescence DAPI staining to nucleus and Green Fluorescence Alexi 488 staining Cytokeratin 14.

Live Cells Imaging System

Specifications:

  • A Zeiss Inverted Microscope with fully Motorized stage. Equipped with warm stage as well as incubator option. (Default: 37°C)
  • UV Fluorescence
  • Time Capture Imagery via high definition camera system
  • Axiovert 200M

Application:

With the additional options, Live Cells can remain viable and monitored with fully programmable and automated Time Capture Imagery System.

Timed image acquisition of Live Cells Samples. Temperature maintained by Incubator warm stage. Acquisition of images via different channels which detects different dyes simultaneously.
 

Microinjector
