Specifications

ZEISS LSM 510 META LASER SCANNING CONFOCAL MICROSCOPE

The system consists of an inverted microscope with 3 photodetectors, namely, the meta detector (polychromatic detector) and 2 conventional photomultiplier tubes. The table below provides more information about the Zeiss Laser LSM 510 META Laser Scanning Confocal System available.

Application:

This system is capable of performing FRAP (Fluorescence Recovery After Photo-bleaching) with user-defined photobleached regions. Other applications include colocalization analysis of different fluorescent signals, scanning of single confocal images and Z-series stacks with 3D projections.

Application:

This system is able to support simultaneous detection of 3 channel confocal fluorescence detection while capturing scanned phase or DIC images. Besides Z-stacks, single confocal images can also be generated.
